This stone, engraved by the Swedish Royal Socety, was on display at this modern exhibit during the period 1990-2000, but is now stored Upplandsmuseet storage at Morgongåva, 40 kilometers to the west of Uppsala. It translates: "In this house lived Carl Wilhelm Scheele 1770-1775. Here he discovered oxygen and other natural elements."
